Hello :)
We often tend to take our body for granted and push ourselves hard in the daily grind of work to achieve our goals. We abuse it with junk food, we over use our capacity without taking adequate rest and the most important thing, we don't exercise. The last one is a sin! Then comes a time in our life where we are forced to stop everything and give immediate attention to our health.
I don't know if you are one of those but I was definitely one upto last year.
Because of taking too much stress over the past few years, I used to fall ill very often and then came a time when I just wanted to leave everything and start all over again and you know what I did it!
I had done a little Yoga before but it was last year that I started practising Yoga in a proper way and that was the best life changing experience for me. I found myself again!
What stress had rusted, Yoga helped me clean it and discover it again.
My creative side was prominent again and its then that I had started my cooking blog - Sav's Kitchen.
Slowly things started changing, I could feel the transformation in myself, in my looks, in my personality and in my relationships.
By God's grace I always had the intuitive ability to understand myself and the people around me, Yoga made that trait of mine even more stronger and today life is good :)
For a long time, a thought was going on in my mind that Yoga has given me so much, it has given me life again, helped me discover myself and changed my life so much for good, so what should I do to express my gratitude towards this great science and then I felt what more better way there can be to say thank you than by sharing with you the wonders and knowledge of this great science. So have started this blog - Ginger Up Your Life!
Do you know what does Ginger Up mean? It means to make more interesting and lively!
We all have our dreams to chase, a journey to walk on and for that sometimes we need some support. You need to walk your own way, no one can walk that path for you, it's your journey but yes sometimes some good people do come in our life who help us by guiding us towards the right path and when we get a right helping hand, we progress faster in life. I am blessed with such people in my life and now I want to give back to the Universe what I got :)
I hope through this blog, I can also help you in some way to make your life a little bit easier. So stay tuned and hang on.
Now let's talk about YOGA!
Yoga is not only about fitness. Yoga is a way through which you can synchronise your Body, Mind and Soul. To really enjoy good health, a right balance of the three is required. Then everything falls into place.
It does not matter how many Asana's you do, what matters is how well you do each Asana.
Even when you practise and master one Asana well, that itself creates such a big difference in your life.
If nothing then just sit back, relax and meditate for just 10 minutes everyday and connect with your self, you will not only feel the difference in your body but also in your working capacity and will feel at more peace.
Meditation helps alter the Aura around you, it pushes back negative elements by creating a protective ring around you and helps you attract positive people and circumstances in your life.

Till then think about what I have written and try to start practising Meditation on a daily basis in your own comfort position. Close your eyes and connect with your self.
